Gather at Church of St. Mary’s in Alexandria at 8:30 am to start our pilgrimage with Mass. We will board the bus at 9:00 am and depart for WI. We will enjoy a video on the bus hearing the story of the Apparition of Our Blessed Mother to Sister Adele and how the Shrine Of Our Lady of Champion (formerly Our Lady of Good Help) started. Travel to Cadott Wisconsin Family Restaurant for lunch and continue to the Green Bay area of Wisconsin. After lunch we head to Lambeau Field for a tour, see the Hall of Fame and stop in at the gift store. Dinner will be on site at the 1919 Kitchen Tap Restaurant. Check into the hotel and overnight in Green Bay.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then board our bus to go to the Shrine of Our Lady of Champion, the only approved apparition site in the USA. Celebrate Mass, explore the grounds, and visit the gift store. Be on the lookout for historic Belgian
Roadside Chapels in the area. After lunch head to the Cathedral of St. Francis Xavier with its beautiful Romanesque Revival Architecture located in downtown Green Bay. We will have a guided tour of the Cathedral and visit the Museum on the lower level.
We will depart the Cathedral for LaCrosse for dinner & overnight.
After breakfast we will check out of the hotel to drive to the Shrine of Our Lady of
Guadalupe. Our morning will be an ascent up the hill for Shrine talk and Mass in the main church. A golf cart ride is available as needed. There will be some time to walk the Stations of the Cross, the Rosary Walk, visit the Grotto for the Unborn and then descend the hill for lunch right at the Shrine—the Culiana Mariana Café. After lunch, there will be time in the gift shop before departing at 1 p.m. En route home the group will stop for dinner. ETA back at St. Mary’s is 8 pm having enjoyed the beauty of these shrines and spiritually enriched by our experience.
